ACTA Logica di Progetto believes that there can only be a profitable relationship with its Clients and, more generally, with Interested Parties, if the services provided lead to a generation of value from the processes on which it has intervened. Guided by this criterion ACTA Logica di Progetto wants to configure itself as a reliable and lasting Partner for its Interested Parties.

ACTA Project Logic believes that the specificity of companies’ needs and expectations is a manifestation of its value. Personalization of consulting services is the tool through which to increase this value.

The elements that characterize the ways in which ACTA Project Logic designs and delivers its services are illustrated in the following diagram:
Concretely this means that:
Needs analysis
Analysis of needs and expectations through listening to the Customer precedes any action;
Review
These are carefully analyzed and reviewed prior to any agreement in order to be certain that we can fully meet, if not exceed them;
Offer to the customer
L’offerta proposta al Cliente è portante, intendendo con ciò che essa contiene tutte le informazioni, nel più estremo dettaglio, necessarie alla piena comprensione del servizio e delle sue modalità di erogazione da parte di ACTA Logica di Progetto;
Teamwork
For each mission, a specific working group is created consisting of one or more qualified Consultants who report to a Project Leader. This professional is the interface and main contact person for the Company in relation to achieving the mission objectives;
Quality plan
The governance of the set of actions designed for the mission is done through a dedicated Quality Plan that contains the set of references deemed critical to the achievement of the objectives and the management of activities leading to that result;
Progress status
Appropriate pre-planned reviews between the Project Manager and the Company allow the progress of individual services to be checked, the degree of satisfaction with the Company to be assessed, and possible improvement actions to be identified.
